Asia Serv, established in 1995, maintaining nearly 30 years of exceptional service in Indonesia’s energy sector. Strategically located in energy sector cities in Indonesia, Asia Serv offers a wide range of services including Drilling Services; Completions, Intervention, and Well Testing Services; Wellhead Integrity Services.

1995

Established In Indonesia as a foreign owned company for valve maintenance service

1999

Awarded first large-scale project in North Java Sea for wellhead preventive maintenance services

2001

Expanded services to include well integrity services.

First contract with the International Oil Company (IOC)

2022

Formed a strategic channel partnership with Baker Hughes Indonesia

Awarded first Completion, Interventions, and Well Testing project in East Kalimantan

Acquisition PT Chitra Bhaskara Indah (API 6A and 5CT)

2021

Converted to 100% Indonesian-owned “local company”

Transitioned into a drilling services company; adding Drilling Services and Completions, Interventions, and Well Testing

2019

Achieved 20 years of continuous services since 1999 for preventive maintenance and well integrity service in North Java Sea

2023

Secured the first directional drilling contract

PT Chitra Bhaskara Indah awarded contract in South Sumatera, North Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, and North Java Sea

2024

Acquire Domestic Component Level (TKDN) for float shoe and Asia Serv’s API 6A Product.
